Blackberry Cobbler recipe

Ingredients:

Topping:
¾ cup flour
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup light brown sugar
¾ cup chopped pecans
7 tablespoons butter, softened
Filling:
4 cups blackberries
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

2) Prepare the topping: In a large bowl, mix together flour, oats, and sugar. Stir in pecans. Cut in butter with fingers or a fork until resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.

3) Prepare the filling: Toss blackberries, sugar, and lemon together in a large bowl. Place in prepared baking pan.

4) Top blackberries with prepared topping, evenly coating top of pan. Bake uncovered until juice bubbles and topping is golden brown, about 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
